A 24 year old sales and operations consultancy and outsourcer, is seeking a skilled sales professional with proven selling skills and a track record of individual selling into Dallas Law Firms. This has a strict focus on identifying and rapidly winning new clients and has a pathway to full partnership and profits participation. You are a driven go-getter with real sales skills, have sold in an entrepreneurial environment and are highly money motivated.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting, intensive cold-calling, working your law firm rolodex, social media and leveraging personal and professional relationships to identify and win new opportunities.
- Working with prospects to define and close sales in a rapid sales cycle environment.
- Closing new sales (90%) and growing existing clients (10%) for the company.
- Tracking and reporting progress in our CRM and reporting daily is mandatory.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrable personal sales discipline and integrity.
- Well trained in the basics of street-level, personal selling.
- Must have a demonstrable mastery of sales.
- Proven track record in winning new sales, prospect presentations, and the ability to leverage social media.
- Preferred industry experience in addition to law includes staffing, staff augmentation, back office operations, call center services, credit and collections services, administrative support staffing and outsourcing in general.
- Consistently exceeded sales targets.
- Self-driven, likes to team but does not need hand holding.
OTHER
- Travel is local - 90% in Texas, 10% elsewhere. Company HQ is in Dallas
- You will work directly with the Managing Partner
- This is a Partner track position with enormous profits participation possible
- Your performance will have to be proven
- Your compensation will be based on the intensity of your activity and deals closed
Base plus commissions.
