Sales Professional

Dallas, Texas
A 24 year old sales and operations consultancy and outsourcer, is seeking a skilled sales professional with proven selling skills and a track record of individual selling into Dallas Law Firms. This has a strict focus on identifying and rapidly winning new clients and has a pathway to full partnership and profits participation. You are a driven go-getter with real sales skills, have sold in an entrepreneurial environment and are highly money motivated.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospecting, intensive cold-calling, working your law firm rolodex, social media and leveraging personal and professional relationships to identify and win new opportunities.
  • Working with prospects to define and close sales in a rapid sales cycle environment.
  • Closing new sales (90%) and growing existing clients (10%) for the company.
  • Tracking and reporting progress in our CRM and reporting daily is mandatory.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrable personal sales discipline and integrity.
  • Well trained in the basics of street-level, personal selling.
  • Must have a demonstrable mastery of sales. 
  • Proven track record in winning new sales, prospect presentations, and the ability to leverage social media.
  • Preferred industry experience in addition to law includes staffing, staff augmentation, back office operations, call center services, credit and collections services, administrative support staffing and outsourcing in general.
  • Consistently exceeded sales targets.
  • Self-driven, likes to team but does not need hand holding.
OTHER
  • Travel is local - 90% in Texas, 10% elsewhere. Company HQ is in Dallas
  • You will work directly with the Managing Partner
  • This is a Partner track position with enormous profits participation possible
  • Your performance will have to be proven
  • Your compensation will be based on the intensity of your activity and deals closed
Base plus commissions.
