How you’ll be successful:
 
As an Account Manager, you will be a master at building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.  This is an entry-level, outdoor sales & customer service position where you travel to different companies and discuss services with prospects and clients. Your time will be split between your branch office and customer locations.  Having your own reliable transportation is essential!  Qualified candidates will possess strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills and a desire to build rapport with customers.
 
What you will be doing:
  1. Managing Accounts: You will be responsible for maintaining your own book of business and developing new business by providing exceptional customer service. You will use software to manage and organize your time while educating customers and selling services to reach your goals.
  2. Customer Service: Your customers are your business. You will be responsible for checking-in with customers and creatively thinking about ways we can help them build their business with our staffing solutions.
  3. Exceeding Goals / Deadlines: You will seek out new opportunities to grow your business by staying on top of industry and networking trends. You will use software to manage and organize your time while educating customers and selling services to reach your goals.
