INSIDE SALES
Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Rep is an entry-level position. This job is office-based and requires an excellent phone voice. This position is accountable for meeting all the requirements of –Selling for Success Basic 101 Training Program and implementing this training into their sales activities. They are responsible for meeting daily and weekly activity requirements, completing sales and profit objectives, and
assisting the sales department in achieving financial and operational goals. This individual must convey the goals, vision and purpose of our company culture and core values across internal, external employees and our customers.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the training Activity Requirements
- Comply with the Inside Sales requirements including, but not limited to: Phone calls, e-mail, mail outs, follow-ups, and service calls
Call Reports
Expense Reports
Credit Applications
Customer Agreements
Goal Setting Meetings
Sales Force
- Follow-up to ensure client customer receipt of all requested Application(s) and Customer Agreement(s)
- Maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development and to promote client and employee retention through exemplary customer service
- Take appropriate steps to correct problems within limits of empowerment
- Keep current of any changes with your competition in the field which may affect your operating procedures and sales strategies
Education / Licensing Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience Requirements:
Sales experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Computer Literacy
