VP of Business Development

SUMMARY
 
We are currently seeking a skilled sales professional with a proven track record of consultative selling into regional and national accounts. A focus on identifying and winning new clients utilizing a collaborative and disciplined process.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Prospecting, cold-calling, working social media and leveraging personal and professional relationships to identify new opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with prospects to co-develop solutions and service sets that will have the greatest impact on the customer’ s business operations, profitability and competitive advantage.
  • Closing new sales and managing new clients to grow and become profitable.
  • Tracking and reporting progress in our CRM and the collection and reuse of best practices.
  • Develop and execute key target Market and key account strategies.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Highest level of personal discipline and integrity is expected.
  • A four year college degree from an known institution.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience with demonstrable solution selling and success over multiple years.
  • Veteran of solution selling or equivalent sales training.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing complex regional or national accounts
  • Proven track record in business development including cold calling, prospect presentations, public speaking and the ability to leverage social media.
  • Preferred industry experience includes selling staffing, staff augmentation, back office operations, call center services, credit and collections services, legal and professional services, administrative support staffing and outsourcing in general.   
  • Consistently exceeded sales targets.
  • History of leading new client pursuits to fruition independently.
